The North American Hip and Knee Symposium On Demand Educational Program will be led by our world-renowned Surgeon Faculty. Attendees will hear from surgeon experts on current trends and topics in total hip and knee arthroplasty including robotics, material science and outpatient total joint. Education will include didactic discussions, cadaveric bioskills demonstrations, technology labs and interactive panels debating the latest topics in orthopedics.
Pre-requisites
- Knee arthroplasty-specialised surgeons, or a good understanding of TKA basic principles
- Interest to develop their surgical skills in robotic-assisted knee surgery
What you will learn
- Identify ways of restoring the joint line in revision knee arthroplasty
- Identify the core principles and benefits of an image-free robotic system for Knee Revision indications
- Assimilate systematic surgical workflow ensuring the safe and effective use of handheld robotics for revision indications
- Review indications for utilisation of hinge in restoring knee stability
- Appraise surgical tips and tricks through case discussions and live surgical demonstration
