    This Smith+Nephew advanced two-day knee course discusses the latest rationale behind state-of-the-art knee ligament reconstruction. Featuring, short lectures, clinical case presentations and live cadaveric demonstrations, participants will be given the opportunity to perform anatomic ACL, PCL, MCL and PLC reconstructions in the Smith+Nephew Academy, London, advanced bioskills wet lab.

    Additionally, participants will practice complex meniscal root repair techniques. There will also be the opportunity to use fluoroscopy to document placement of ACL reconstruction tunnels.

      • Describe the clinical relevant anatomy of the menisci, ACL, PCL, medial side, posterolateral corner of the knee

      • Understand and perform current evidence-based anatomic knee ligament reconstructions and complex meniscal repair

      • Analyse ACL tunnel placement live and understand techniques that can help achieve optimal (anatomic) placement
