Shark Fin Technique for Temporary Abdominal Closure after Open Abdomen 

Temporary abdominal closure (TAC) is a way to protect the open abdomen (OA) during the open phase.

NPWT is widely used to support the management of OA as TAC.

In this short training video a novel technique for using RENASYS^◊ AB Abdominal Dressing Kit with Soft Port is shown to facilitate TAC in the management of OA and ensure fascial closure when ready.
