Introduction
The INSPIRE Live Surgery Series is an interactive virtual education program designed for orthopedic surgeons seeking to strengthen their surgical technique through live, step by step shoulder procedure demonstrations. Delivered in an interactive virtual classroom setting, each session features real time surgical streaming with expert faculty commentary, guided moderation, and opportunities for audience interaction. The program provides insight into procedural setup, key surgical steps, intraoperative decision making, and post operative considerations, with focused discussion on technical pearls, pitfalls, and rehabilitation principles to support practical application in clinical practice.

What you will learn
- Recall procedural indications and surgical objectives across a range of shoulder procedures, including instability, rotator cuff, and reconstructive techniques.

- Demonstrate understanding of intraoperative decision making, procedural specific technical challenges, and postoperative management principles to support safe surgical practice.
