Introduction

This case-based module reviews the management of recurrent anterior shoulder instability in a 30-year-old cricket fast bowler with a glenoid rim "postage stamp" fracture following a previous Bankart repair. Participants will explore diagnosis, arthroscopic glenoid button fixation, rehabilitation, and clinical outcomes.
